Mark Tuchmann
Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Mark founded BeavEx in 1989 when he was 22 years old and has been the prime driver for the company's rapid growth. He developed the company's vision of ensuring that the quality and professionalism our customers deserve are realized through the application of technology. He continues to identify new opportunities to expand the scope and breadth of our transportation services. Mark is also extensively involved in the day-to-day aspects of the company's operations and sales efforts. Mark has a Bachelors Degree in Finance from Southern Connecticut State University. |

Dave Bacic
VP National Sales
Dave brings 20 years of transportation industry experience to the Vice President of National Sales position. His background is all-encompassing with sales, management, operations and logistics. In 1999, Dave launched and successfully developed our Georgia terminal, and in 2003, he was integrated into the corporate facilities as he embraced the operations management role. As VP of National Sales, Dave and his saleforce continue to build Beavex by developing new business relationships in diversified markets, and by supporting current clients on a daily basis. |

Kirk Fleischer
Executive Vice President, Strategy
Kirk is responsible for our strategic initiatives, including acquisitions, as well as our financing strategy. Kirk has over 22 years of executive level management experience having served as an investment banker at several firms, including, most recently, Jefferies & Company, Inc., where he was responsible for running their business services investment banking practice. In addition, Kirk has worked at various other firms including Lehman Brothers and CIBC World Markets. Kirk began his career as a Manager of Corporate Development at Dun & Bradstreet. Kirk holds a Masters in Business Administration - Finance & Accounting from Cornell University, Johnson Graduate School of Business and Bachelor of Arts Degree from Middlebury College in Middlebury, Vermont. |

Sandra Foster
SVP National Administration
Sandra is responsible for the design, implementation, and management of all human resources strategies, policies and processes. She is also responsible for independent contractor relations. Prior to joining BeavEx, Sandra was Founder and President of a human resource consulting firm where her client list included Fortune 100 companies as well as small privately owned companies. In addition to her experiences in Human Resources, Sandra has held operations management positions in both the manufacturing and distribution sectors. A graduate of the University of Tennessee, Sandra also holds certifications as an independent facilitative mediator and as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR). |

Pat Grum
SVP National Operations
Pat manages all logistics, operational process design and corporate risk management programs for BeavEx. He is also responsible for our technology initiatives. He has spent 14 years in the logistics field with experience in military and commercial transportation. Pat served in the U.S. Army for 8 years and has degrees in Engineering from the United States Military Academy and Georgia Institute of Technology. |

Steve Keaveney
Chief Financial Officer
Steve founded Cable Management Ireland, which launched of one of Europe's first high speed data ISP offerings. He managed the company for ten years and executed a trade sale to Liberty Media, a subsidiary of AT&T for $100 million in 1999. Steve was a member of the founding management team of ETel, a CLEC that acquired thirteen telecom businesses in Europe. In his role as Senior Vice President Finance, Steve closed $1.5 million in seed funding, $20 million in finance facility and $50 million in private equity. ETel exited through a trade sale to Telecom Austria for $130 million. In addition to this experience, he closed an aggregate of $175 million in equity fundraising for Airtricity, a leading wind farm developer. The Company exited through a trade sale to Scottish and Southern Energy and E.ON Energy for $4.2 billion. Steve has BIG 4 experience in New York City and has completed numerous financings from the principal side, including transactions with an aggregate value of over $1 billion.
