We also believe that it’s not enough to commit to values. Organizations that care should put in place tangible plans to implement those values on an everyday basis, and, further, should be able to measure progress toward fulfillment of those goals. To that end, we employ service management tools that include service level agreements covering on-time rates, responsiveness and efficiency and monthly performance reviews that include action items/corrective action plans. In addition, operations managers are incented based on performance against these objectives.
